This afternoon the men's and women's cross country teams participated in the Great Lakes Regional where Clare Fischer finished 18th overall leading the women's team to meet their goal of a top ten finish, and their best ever at a regional. Fischer not only finished in the top 20, but also received All-Region Honors, making her only the second female runner in Xavier history to earn the accolade. In the process, Fischer was also able to set her personal best time of 20:47.
